Remote location not clear on advert - absolutely need a car to get around. Not near any amenities must be highlighted. It would have been nice to have bedding and towels included in th price and not have to pay extra, also having to collect keys and pay a damage deposit with local agents was a pain. Being restricted to 4pm to collect the keys as the agent's office closed until then was unhelpful. Not having tea towels or a sink plug made dish washing difficult, especially the agents told us to wash all dishes before leaving. Villa was musty on arrival and didn't feel like it had been inhabited for some time. Wasn't particularly nice to arrive on the first day. Kiitchen could do with an update, cupboards were greasy and dated.

Hi, From a postive perspective: - Place was nice and cosy - Plenty of room for 4 people - Water was hot when needed - Fabulous views from the rooms and terrace - Safe location - Shutters helped to make rooms dark at night. - Most items provided for in kitchen inc. a small kitchen pack on arrival. - Wifi was a great bonus From a negative perspective: - Location was far from any amenities - nothing on the estate, 15 mins to nearest shop/cafe/restaurant by car - Needed a car to travel anywhere - It would have been good to highlight this on the advert as we would have probably chosen somewhere different and closer to the beach/townif we had known - Villa was musty on arrival as if it hadn't bee occupied for while - needed to open windows and doors to clear - Disappointed no towels and bed sheets were provided in the price. Made it overall poor value - No tea towels provided for drying dishes - had to use hand towels - No plug for the kitchen sink - again really a necessity for washing dishes - Kitchen was a little dated and could do with modernising - Biggest issue and one I think needs addressing URGENTLY - my daughter used the spare double bed one night (as her friend was snoring loudly in the twin room) and the next day was covered in bites. I seriously think the mattress in the spare double room (purple room) is infested with bed bugs. Please disinfect or replace the mattress urgently in there! Spoiled our holiday in the end. Overall, nice place, nice location (once there), would be nicer in the sun - not much to do there when the weather is not so good like it was last week. But needs an overall update, provide all extras like towels, bedding, all kitchen utensils must be provided (e.g. sink plug and drying towels). Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay again, because of the location and needing a car and overall equipment state, and definitely the spare room mattress condition! I strongly suggest you feed these back to the owners, amend the advert with appropriate words, equip the place fully and urgently replace that mattress. Best regards, Neil Hutchinson.
