Why they chose this property
This is a truly special part of the UK, with rolling hills of the South Downs national park, this cottage is beautifully set within Hambledon Vineyard Estate, where you can follow the footpaths through the vineyard, explore the peaceful village, eat at a local country pub, or just simply relax and enjoy nature in the cottage grounds.
What makes this property unique
This property once belonged to the Vineyard Manager, and now belongs to his family so is seeped in history linked to the surrounding Estate. Mill Down Cottage is nestled within the rolling vineyards, and is on site to the Estate home which houses the brand new 'The Restaurant' - with head chef Nick Edgar who has a Michelin Star.
