Seafront apartment with breathtaking views in Monopoli, in Apulia, a few minutes from the sea and the city centre. Thoughtful and equipped with all comforts, boasts a magnificent terrace with an enchanting view of the Adriatic Sea, it offers a master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is at second floor with elevator, in a residential area reserved, quiet and cozy context.
The property consists of:
a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and microwave;
a large living/dining room with air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed; again the bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and washing machine;
a spacious master bedroom with air conditioning and heating.
The highlight is the wonderful terrace with a 180 degree panoramic view.
From here, you can admire the sparkling sea that extends on the horizon, watching fantastic sunrises while sipping coffee or enjoying wonderful sunsets with a apulian wine in hand.
Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. A baby cot for infants (0-2) will be provided upon request.
The property is situated a few minutes from restaurants and local amenities of the old town of Monopoli. It is only 700 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of the centre which are ideal for children too. It is within minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants and amenities.

A beautiful view and outdoor terrace
This apartment was perfect for our stay in the Monopoli area of Puglia. Spacious and modern, the 1-bed, 1-bath apartment featured a beautiful outdoor space that overlooked the water and nearby terrain. There are several restaurants, grocery stores and amenities nearby, and Monopoli’s old town is about a 30-minute walk through the newer part of the city, as well as the regional train station. The area feels safe and the apartment is in a gated complex off a main road. Jocelyne was communicative on WhatsApp and was helpful to answer any questions about the area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this seaside apartment.
