This beautiful apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in an apartment house in the idyllic village of Kleinarl in Salzburgerland. Kleinarl lies at 1014 meters on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The apartment house is only 200 meters from the center.

The furnishings of the apartment are modern, stylish and very well maintained. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed and an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The balcony offers a wonderful view. You can use the large communal garden, terrace and lawn with deckchairs. In the apartment house you can use the many facilities, such as the extensive wellness area (800 m2) with a large indoor swimming pool, the sauna (including an alpine sauna, tepidarium, steam cabin based on herbs and salt, sanarium and a special children's sauna), the hot tub and the massage options (at an additional cost).

There is also a bread roll service or you can enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet (for an additional charge).

The Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl - Kleinarl ski area is the ideal ski area for sporty families in Salzburgerland and offers 40 kilometers of pistes with many special pistes and natural freeride routes. In summer, the swimming lake in Reitdorf (Flachau) or the idyllic Jägersee (only 4 km from Kleinarl) offer lots of swimming fun! With the guest card you have free entry to the Wagrain water world every day.
