Summer visit

Our visit was wonderful. The host was exceptional about helping us navigate our way around the city and helping us with transportation and extra little information. I can’t say enough about Sonya, the host ! Very helpful and a great location!!!

Very clean, all new. Close to Barberini metro, and our favorite place to eat "Peppy's Bar". The only issue we sent the wrong check in instructions,

great location but a few issues

great location. the apartment was nice. we were told there was a wash machine but there was not. they said there was a problem with it so they removed it from the apartment. garbage pail was full and we had to move it to curb side. AC was not working. they said they would send someone at 10am but that was not convenient to us we asked if they could send someone at six and they said yes. then came the back and forth emails that we were disrespectful and after all of the back and forth they ultimately send us a standing fan, again great location and it would have been fantastic if the AC was working,

Dear Christine, First of all we have told you that a previous guest broke it and we offer you the chance to take you to the closest laundry, we would be pay for it, any time you need. Garbage when your arrived was not token off it because you arrived in the middle of the cleaning so not ready yet. What you said about AC that was not working is not true, AC was completely working and you said that was not enough for you, so even was working we arrange a meeting the day after to check it anyway, you were not there and said come back at 6 pm. That what so disrespectful as per we have booked the technician that couldn’t check it. You also apologies for your behaviour to not be longer there the day after. Hope to have the chance to to show you next time that everything was working in the apartment and we will be happy to host you again showing you that we are working hard! Best Regrds
