The large living room opens up to a dining area with seating for six. Enjoy the sectional sofa off of the dining area and large flat screen TV. The first master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a screened lanai overlooking the pool. The second guest room has two comfortable twin beds and two trundles, a flat screen TV and also opens to the screened lanai overlooking the pool. Great property

Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances, dishes and kitchen tools Bathrooms could use grab bars in showers.

Perfect layout

We loved the Ark house. Layout was perfect for my family. Lots of space to spread out and to be together too. We enjoyed the beach being so close. The pool was nice too and the hot tub was a nice addition for the colder weather days. The boat dock access was a really nice surprise as we love to boat a few days in the intercoastal. I would highly recommend this property for any family!!

We would definitely stay with them again. Beautiful property. They had everything that we needed in the unit. Loved having the beach across the street! They checked on us to see if we needed anything and make sure everything was okay.

Wonderful

It was wonderful. We thought the couch in front of the TV was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the property is beautiful and I loved many things about the place. It was an awesome vacation for my family.
