This seafront property Villa ‘La Pietra’ Preia is located on a rocky promontory at the end of a sandy beach with direct access to the sea. The large villa can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms (350 m²):
- The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with couches, satellite TV and access to an open terrace, bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub.
- The first floor features a living and dining room with access to a covered terrace, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and 1 with tub)
- From the first floor there is a spiral staircase going to the tower double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

The holiday villa provides incredible 360° views over the Ligurian sea and the town of Levanto. Several terraces provide ideal spots to sunbathe and relax soaking up this superb, marine landscape. It's the perfect vacation getaway for a truly unique and memorable experience.

The Villa Preia is situated in a pedestrian area, a few minutes' pleasant stroll on the seaside promenade to the center of Levanto (400m). It's a very popular tourist destination in Liguria, with an extensive beach and many shops and restaurants, known as the doorway to the amazing Cinque Terre. You can easily catch a train to discover all five villages of the Cinque Terre or choose to hike there along the panoramic walking trails.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA PREIA:

Water, electricity, gas, heating, cleaning (2 times per week), bed linen, bathroom towels, satellite TV (SKY subscription), DVD, internet wireless, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, baby bed and high chair, parking for one car

- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable
- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only)

Note:
- There is a parking space for one car at 30m from the villa. Other parking is available at extra charge at a 10min walk.
- There is no air conditioning in this villa, but fans are available.
- The rock on which the villa is located is not private property; people pass by to board on boat excursions or just to sunbath in a privileged position.
