Loved the house, property and area. It was comfortable and had everything we needed (and things we didn't know we needed!). It was a great home base for our week of amusement parks and exploring San Diego. The hosts were responsive and helpful!

What an amazing stay!The house was absolutely perfect and exactly as described!It was perfect for my family of three and included everything you could need for your San Diego vacation. Mick and Lynn supplied everything to get you going and had an amazing little coffee bar set up! All the reviews you’ve read already perfectly describe the amenities, communication, and location. We absolutely loved our stay. This home is gorgeous and in a lovely neighborhood in San Diego. There are many amazing restaurants in walking distance but the property itself is in a tranquil area. You can tell the hosts have put a lot of love and thought into the touches on this property. After a long day of travel with a hungry toddler we arrived to a bag of delicious biscotti provided by the hosts, this totally saved our day! They were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. If we find ourselves back in North Park, we would certainly stay again.

The house is just charming, in a great location. It quiet and you can walk to a few restaurants & stores, The hosts are very responsive and the kitchen is well supplied with dishes, coffee, etc.The beds are super comfortable and the house is spotless with a fun decor. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there!!

This stay was our first at this property, and we hope to return many times in the coming years! We had a FABULOUS stay. The house is set up with thoughtful design, amenities, and pleasing aesthetics. Bonus: the rear patio and seating area were like having our own private park.The house is in a good area: walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, and small groceries. We enjoy walking, and we had several morning walks into Balboa Park; we EARNED those breakfast calories!The hosts were friendly and responsive. We highly recommend staying here!

We had an excellent stay. The home is centrally located and provided quick access to all SD has to order. Everything is exactly as pictured. The check in process was smooth, communication was great. Amazing garden retreat in San Diego

What a great little house. It was a perfect location for getting to all the things we wanted to do in San Diego and situated in a cool neighborhood that has its own things to offer as well. Hosts were very attentive and clearly went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect place in North Park

We loved our stay at Altadena! The property is better than the pictures, including the amazing outdoor spaces. Mick and Lynn were also very helpful and gracious hosts as well as great communicators. We also loved the surrounding neighborhood and its proximity to all of San Diego’s attractions.
