Nice location on a quiet street, but near the heart of everything. It was a little dirty, the last guest's dirty laundry and trash were left in the room, and the air conditioning was broken for 2 days and needed a repair person to come.

Unit was supposed to have AC and it hadn't. Worse still, thermostats showed AC on, reading 17 degrees celsius, when in reality it was in the 90s. Once I looked closely, there were no vents from which air could have come in, so it was all a scam. Team was polite but not really responsive in providing me with a solution. Ended up having to leave the next morning and checking myself in a place with REAL AC. Waiting for a full refund still--expecting it to happen, but so far...
