The apartment is spacious and in a great location but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We encountered several issues throughout our stay that made it frustrating and uncomfortable.I paid for early check-in at noon, but didn’t receive the access code until almost 2:00 PM—regular check-in time—despite requesting it in advance.Inside, there was a persistent sewer smell coming from the kitchen sink that lingered throughout the apartment. The shower drain was clogged with hair from previous guests, causing overflow and flooding—my husband had to clean it out just so we could shower. The water heater was inadequate for our group of four; only two people could shower at a time before the hot water ran out, requiring the rest of us to wait until evening.Basic supplies were also lacking. For a nearly week-long stay, we were given only two rolls of toilet paper and toiletries for just two people, despite booking for four and later paying for a fifth. Requests for additional supplies went ignored, and we had to purchase essentials ourselves, including hand soap and trash bags. There were also no instructions provided on how to dispose of garbage. WiFi is practically non-existent. It only works near the front door and doesn’t reach the living room or bedrooms, making it unreliable at best. The fridge doesn’t seal properly due to a poorly aligned door, so perishables and leftovers couldn’t be stored safely.
