A wonderful property - very comfortable beds, quiet, clean, great location close to the Vatican, delightful host who lives in the same beautiful building and is very quick to reply to any questions. He also provides vouchers for a light breakfast in the cafe opposite. Perfect Rome accommodation for a family.

This was the perfect place for us to stay as it is very close to the metro, great restaurants, shopping and the Vatican. Francesco was very easy to communicate with and was prompt to reply to our questions and was also able to give us great directions and suggestions for our stay. If we are lucky enough to get back to Rome, we would definitely try to stay again.

Everything was great. We walked to a wonderful restaurant every night 3 minutes from our room. We were sad to leave as the food was terrific! Francesco and his wife were wonderful. Quick responses, they truly made our stay comfortable and we felt like family. Breakfast was literally a 30 second walk across the street at Mozart Caffe. The apartment was the perfect size for our group. We had 5 adults sharing the space. The clothes washer and kitchen made the stay more economic. The breakfast that was included was the perfect way to start each day. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The location was the perfect area to explore the Vatican, Rome, and get to the train station to connect to other places.

Great place to stay. It was close to Vatican, subway was half a block away. Good restaurants nearby. Clean and very modern kitchen appliances. The host was great and spoke good English. There was only one glitch. When we arrived at the building the door to the lobby was locked and we did not have instructions on how to enter. Someone was kind enough to let us into the lobby. From there I sent a message through VRBO to the host Who showed up within 5 min to escort us to the unit on the fourth floor. This was the only inconvenience.

Within 100 foot of our door there are many shops, bakery’s and restaurants. The transportation in very close proximity to the property was easy and convenient to get us anywhere we needed to go. The place was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly.

This place was bigger than I thought. We didn't use it, but the kitchen was really nice. We only had a quick stay due to flight changes, but I liked that the neighborhood was a little less touristy. If you plan on going to the Vatican, this is a perfect stay for you. I would stay here again.

We had a good stay. Was walking distance from St Peter's. Wi-fi was good. We only stayed for 1 night. Check-in person was very friendly but could not speak English. With google translate and talking to owner on phone everything went well.

All around the best place to stay in Rome. This was my first time visiting Italy in general. Francesco was incredibly nice, the place is very centrally located, and clean!
