Within 100 foot of our door there are many shops, bakery’s and restaurants. The transportation in very close proximity to the property was easy and convenient to get us anywhere we needed to go. The place was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly.

Francesco's apartment is perfect for us. AC was great during hot summer. Close to metro. We didn't hear any loud noise from the neighborhood when we have AC on at night. Thank you for the lovely apartment. We definitely will stay at the apartment if we come back to Rome.

Great location and great property owner!

We were pleased with the convenience of the location of this property. It is within a few blocks of the Vatican and the metro, making it easy to maneuver around this large city. The property was neat and the property owner was responsive and extremely flexible when our travel plans kept shifting. A great value for the money.

Perfect property

As others have mentioned, pictures don't accurately portray how great this place is. It's very clean and well-stocked. It's close to a metro and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome. Also, the communication was excellent.

Amazing place!

I wish I had stayed at Francesco’s place the first couple of days we were in Rome! LOVED it! He was so kind. And his place was so cute! The pics def don’t do it justice. The space was welcoming and felt like home away from home. Bed was super comfortable. And it was quiet! Got a great nights sleep. Will DEF stay there again! Thank you so much!

Wonderful place and location

The place was well situated for our trip to Rome. We were easily able to get wherever we wanted to go on foot. The host was friendly and responsive upon arrival and even let us put our bags in the apartment while we waited for it to be cleaned. There were many shops and restaurants nearby yet the street was relatively quiet. The only issue we had was that it was listed as a 3 bedroom and it is actually 2 bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the kitchen/living area when you first walk in. Also, the bed pillows were really flat and probably need to be replaced. It was great having two bathrooms and the washer. That definitely came in handy. Thanks for a great stay!

Okay

Good location and close to lots of bus stops and the Vatican, however there was no extra toilet paper and the rolls weren’t full when we checked in, so we nearly ran out between the two bathrooms. Also, there was some mold in the bathroom which left it a bit musty. Overall a decent place and the owner is very kind.

Great location

Francesco was a great host and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy, and was in a fantastic location with a metro station only 5 minutes walk away. The cafe across the road which Francesco gave us breakfast vouchers for was lovely, and we'd also highly recommend the pizza/pasta shop across the road - lovely local food at great prices. It was nice to be in an area where there were a lot of locals, but still have easy access to get around, and such a quick walk to the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica. The apartment was lovely and clean, but my only note is that the ensuite bathroom did smell a bit musty. I'd still highly recommend staying here.

The most wonderful holiday

Dear Francesco, We wanted to thank you again for everything. We had the most wonderful time. Your flat is lovely, spacious and confortable, and it is most definitely in the best location to explore and enjoy everything about Rome. We walked, travelled by bus and underground, easily reaching everywhere we wanted to visit. Breakfast every day opposite the flat at café Mozart has been an absolute delight. Best capuccino and corneto there! This has been one of the best holidays we have ever had and we are already planning to come back to the flat for another fabulous holiday. Great apartment

My family of five, including two teenagers and a younger child, stayed here in August 2024. This is a lovely, clean, modern apartment in a great neighborhood. The owner, Francesco, gave us clear instructions and was communicative before our arrival. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. It was exactly as advertised. It comfortably sleeps 6, with two full bathrooms, and was well air conditioned. It also has a washing machine. The neighborhood is great, with many cafes and restaurants, and felt very safe. Before we stayed at Francesco’s place we spent four nights in Rome in the more touristy areas. Although those apartments were closer to tourist attractions, they were far, far less nice, and more expensive. And the restaurants in those neighborhoods felt like tourist traps. We much preferred the less touristy neighborhood, even if it was a bit farther away from the things most tourists want to see. This is a great apartment with a great owner and we would strongly consider staying here again when we return to Rome.

The check-in process was very easy and the host was friendly and quick to respond he also offered us free breakfast (just a croissant and drink) at a café across the road which was very welcome for our family of 4. The two windows at the back of the property (one in the ensuite and one in the bedroom with two single beds) had black mould all around it which was quite off-putting and was smelly. We also paid our city tax in cash however was never given change and asked to provide our banking details for the return which we weren't comfortable with.Location was excellent very easy to get to the buses/metro and just a 5min walk to Vatican.If the mould was rectified and some touch ups done to the apartment walls it would have been an excellent stay rather than just ok.

We had a good stay. Was walking distance from St Peter's. Wi-fi was good. We only stayed for 1 night. Check-in person was very friendly but could not speak English. With google translate and talking to owner on phone everything went well.

Wish I had more time

This place was bigger than I thought. We didn't use it, but the kitchen was really nice. We only had a quick stay due to flight changes, but I liked that the neighborhood was a little less touristy. If you plan on going to the Vatican, this is a perfect stay for you. I would stay here again.

empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt an der Metro gelegen und ist problemlos zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gelingt prompt und problemlos. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch in der Küche. Kochen ist für mehrere Personen etwas schwierig, aber geht. Besonders nett ist das Bonsystem für das benachbarte Café Mozart für das Frühstück. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Welcome to the Eternal City

Step out of this lively Rome apartment and BAM! You're living the Italian life! Located right in the heart of the action, everything Rome offers is within easy walking distance. Our short pre-cruise stay was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of five with super-fast internet and comfortable sleeping arrangements (2 twin beds, one full bed, and a full-size roll-out futon/sofa). Yes, you hear the Roman buzz, but that made it so immersive. Our host was wonderful, and having an amazing breakfast cafe so close was a treat. I'm getting chills remembering how awesome it was! Arrivederci, Francesco! Speriamo di rivederci presto!
