Apartment in private condominium, with swimming pool for adults, children's pool, terraçe and a magnificent sea side view, very well decorated and very functional.
Great location for a well deserved holiday, towel on the shoulder and walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the center, as well, 5 minutes walk to the street of the bars.
As parking is in the garage, however, once the parked car will not need it for anything, everything is at hand, beach, pastries, Take Away, restaurants, downtown ...
Located 500m from the beach of "Forte de São João" in one of the most prestigious areas of Albufeira. Access to the beach is made with the greatest of facilities, given the proximity.
The great advantages of these apartments are mainly, 1st Location, 2nd functional requirements, 3rd comfort.
Also note the fact that they are close to all the services that are inherent in an excellent holiday, with beach, restaurants, bars, snack, laundry and all the services of first necessity.
