The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.





Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 4th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €300 / Groups: €175 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Perfect location

Coconut Beach Apartment was the perfect place for our holiday in Albufeira! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Aveiros Beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the private balcony with its stunning sea view, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a sunset drink. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable holiday. The open-plan layout made it feel very spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The private balcony with sun loungers and a sea view was a great touch! Being so close to the beach and local attractions made our trip even better. Would definitely return!

Disliked: Communication, location
There were no lite bulbs in the hall ways so you came down your hall in pitch blck. Mentioned it but wasn’t there problem(property management. Go figure) barely any hot water so cold shower,tv didn’t work. Nothing in the area. Overall it was awfull

Coconut Beach Apartment

This place exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic, just minutes from the beach and lively nightlife, yet still peaceful for a good night’s . The apartment itself is stylish and comfortable, with a cozy bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The sea-view balcony was our favorite spot to unwind. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we can't wait to come back!
