There is a small childrens playground close to the house and a nearby convenience store just a 5 minute walk. Five minute drive to a Waitrose Superstore, restaurants, pubs, and cafes.
A short walk to nearby bus stop taking you direct into the centre of Cambridge or nearby hospital.
We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind as this is a quiet residential area in a quiet close with young children.

Great location for exploring Cambridge, public transport was easy to use and a quiet area. Shops short walk/drive away. House was homely, comfortable and relaxing perfect for meeting up with friends, lots space for eating and chilling in the lounge/garden together. Great to have secure parking for 3 cars especially as we were coming from south, north and east locations.Owners were extremely helpful and supportive as we had a minor issue on check out.
