Only a 10-minute walk from the famous Burriana beach with lots of restaurants and shops, and less than a 20-minute walk to Balcon de Europa is this cozy and well-proportioned four-room apartment.

The 20 sqm balcony overlooks the urbanization's garden and pool area and has a dining area and two sun loungers.
The Verano Azul urbanization consists of beautiful Spanish-style houses. Around the houses and walkways are beautiful flower plantings and palm trees. There are two pool areas in the urbanization, both with well-kept lawns and outdoor showers.
