Beautiful Boutique House above Burriana beach Pool 7min stroll to center
Beautiful semi-detached Andalusian house within a small well kept private gated development with shared pool which is seldom busy as most owners are foreign, don’t rent and come out of season.
The house is built over 2 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two with King Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom.
The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views and swing chairs!
Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inch Smart TV along with APPLE TV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime and Apple music subscriptions plus 150 international TV channels inc BBC all connected to Fibre broadband with speeds up to 300mbs!. Smart speaker also available.
There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic sea and mountain views, perfect for sun bathing (until around lunch time - shade in afternoon) and for dinners al fresco.
There is a good size swimming pool and tastefully landscaped comunal areas with sun beds shared between the small community.
The house is perfectly located as it's only 2 - 4 minutes walk from the Burriana Beach (200m) and under 10 minutes flat walk (400-500m) from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
The house was fully renovated few years ago; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water, a new kitchen with modern appliances (NESPRESSO), including an american fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. The dinning table and kitchen have been designed by us.
The house has wall to wall bi folding doors connecting the lounge and terrace area.
The communal swimming pool is open 1st April to 30 October with the terraces and garden open all year around.

Spanglish family working and living in London. Our respective parents and extended family live in Andalusia so we visit a lot and wanted our own base.
As soon as we saw the house we knew it was the right one and we sure did look at a lot of properties in Nerja over an 18 month period! It took over a year to buy with the previous owner getting cold feet for over 6 months. Hopefully this will one day be our retirement home.
In the meantime we hope you really enjoy our beautiful holiday home which we have been lovingly restoring!

Amazing sea and mountain views. Ideally located; 2 minutes walk from the famous Burriana Beach and under 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of the Balcon de Europa (center). Pool shared by the 10 or so houses in the complex which is seldom busy (20m from the house).
