Groups of young people are allowed with a deposit of 300 EURO deposited and returned if everything is correct on the day of check-out.

No parties or events. Respect for community standards, no music, no loud voices from 10pm until 9am. No smoking
Left the flat tidy, clean crockery, garbage in containers arranged on the street for it. In case of extreme dirt or disorder, a penalty will be charged.
