Perfect for up to 6 guests, it features two comfortable bedrooms (one king, one double) and a double sofa bed in the lounge, not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. The open-plan living space includes a Smart TV for streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime, a dining table for 4, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery and cooking essentials. Ideal for families, couples, or business travellers, the Seaside Gem apartment combines central city energy with cosy comfort for the ultimate Brighton escape.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA

This bright and sociable open-plan space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, gas hob, washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a full set of cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery – ideal for preparing brunch or dinner at home. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt and pepper are provided for your convenience to get you started in your stay. The dining table comfortably seats up to 4 guests. In the living area, natural light fills the room and a Smart TV is available for streaming your favourite shows. A double sofa bed (not made up, so you can enjoy it during your stay) with linen is provided, completing this welcoming and flexible space.

The bathroom features a shower, bath, sink, mirror, and toilet for comfort. We provide plenty of fresh bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat to ensure a relaxing and hassle-free stay.
