Grammar School Cottage is a charming, beautifully furnished and decorated, detached cottage in the thriving town of Charlbury within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property dates from around 1650 and enjoys one of the best views in Charlbury across the beautiful Cornbury Park and beyond to the Wychwood forest. The cottage is within a few minute's walk of Charlbury's pubs and amenities as well as the GWR railway station with direct trains to London, Oxford and all stations to Malvern and Hereford.
The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with beautiful views and an elegant living room with a woodburner in an inglenook fireplace. Outside there is a delightful front patio area with a picnic table and separate bistro table and chairs. To the rear of the property is a private garden with patio and dining area with a large table and six chairs. The cottage sleeps 4 guests with two double bedrooms and has a family bathroom.

If the BBQ, fire pit or log burner have been used, they must be safely emptied of ash, ensuring it is cool before doing so. It is expected that they will be left clean for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking in front of the garages adjacent to the house or on any grassed areas.
The fire pit is not to be used on any grassed areas. Disposable barbeques are not permitted.
No fouling of the gardens or grassed areas at the front of the property.
