This amazing stone-built townhouse was completely renovated recently. It feels like a fortress, because it is very private and high up, with a lovely terrace overlooking Skiathos town. On the ground level are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the top floor is the living room with the most amazing kitchen, and door to the terrace. There is a small second bathroom upstairs. The center is very nearby, and the nearest beach (Megali Ammos) can be reached in a few minutes by foot.

Certain items not working, including air conditioning in a heatwave, blocked sink etc. despite reporting, no evidence of repair. More importantly, paid price as agreed by agent in writing, and agent then asked for more money when we returned.
