Seain is Believin / Beachfront Condo with Large Balcony/Conveniently Located

SEAIN IS BELIEVIN is a beach front condo located at Ocean House 1 on the 6th floor. Physical address is 957 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is approximately one mile down the west beach from the Hang Out Restaurant on the beach side. Bahama Bobs Restaurant, Pier 33 convenience store and many other restaurants are within walking distance. There are also many recreational and fun things to do within a mile of the condo. Seain is Believin has recently been updated with coastal decor and the view is amazing! Each of the bedrooms have comfortable beds, with two double beds in the guest room and a king bed in the master. Each bedroom has a wall mounted t.v. Also, the sofa in the den is a queen size sofa sleeper. If you want to stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, serving dishes and many utensils. If you enjoy coffee, the kitchen also has a Mr.Coffee and a Keurig coffee maker. The complex includes one zero entrance pool and two kiddie pools located at each end. There is also a pergola located at each end of the pool for shade! BBQ Grills, drink and snack vending machines, and restrooms are conveniently located by the pool.
Come and enjoy the view of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony with the sound of waves crashing in the background. You might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming nearby! Once you stay here it’s hard to leave this beautiful piece of paradise! So, book now and have a vacation you’ll always remember!

Great location. Neat and very clean. Will recommend to others. Note no hot tub at the facility, but my mistake thinking small pool in photo was hot tub. We didn’t miss not having it. Great place to stay.

Perfect Beach Retreat

So so pleased with our stay at Seain' is Believin'. There wasn't a single thing we didn't appreciate and enjoy. Perfectly appointed spaces, super convenient location, parking and attendant were easy and reassuring, nearness to beach access and pool, relaxing decor in every room, great porch and porch furniture. We felt such rest and peace in this space. Would definitely recommend and will be so happy to return again. Thank you!!

Grandkid Adventure

The property was as described. Location was short drive to many restaurants and attractions. Pool was very close and had plenty of room. Beach access was quick and easy. We will be staying here again.

Our Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were close by to everything! The view from our balcony was beautiful, to the white sandy beach, to watching dolphins out in the ocean practically every morning! Weather was beautiful every day and the pool was wonderful! Would definitely come back again! Mary and Jeff were very accommodating. Had a little problem getting in the door due to the latch and Jeff had someone out immediately to fix!

Great Condo with Beautiful Views

Beyond Expectations!

From day 1, Jeff and Mary were quick to respond to my questions and confirmed my booking very quickly. The condo was fabulous! We did a lot of cooking in the condo and it was stocked with everything we needed. The large balcony that extended from the family room to the master provided AMAZING views. There’s a lot to be said for being able to roll over in bed and see the waves. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beach access could not be any easier. There were no long walks lugging chairs and tubes. A quick elevator and a short walk past the pool made it so convenient. The condo was tastefully decorated with a perfect coastal vibe, having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient as was close access to the trash chute out the front door. We had plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you, Jeff and Mary for sharing your happy place with my family!

Great getaway

We enjoyed our quick family getaway in this condo! We had 3 adults and 3 kids (one who was a toddler). All of us had plenty of space and didn't feel crowded. We loved all the sleeping options (king bed, two beds, or pull out couch). Each room had a TV which my kids loved. The beds were verh comfy and the showers had great water pressure. The bathtub was great for our little kids too. The hosts had great communication and answered all my questions quickly. The condo building is older, but the unit itself was very clean. The balcony was our favorite part and had a great view of the ocean. We even saw a few dolphins! The proximity to the beach and pool was great too!

Great place with a great view of the ocean. The convenience for the beach, elevator, and parking lot was awesome! The best I’ve had. The host were very nice and answered any question I had immediately. I highly recommend and would stay again!

Vow renewal

We were in town with family and friends for out 25 year vow renewal. Condo was great and location was awesome. We had no problems besides the security of the condo. They were very rude to many of my friends and family as well as myself. Otherwise, it was a great trip and a great place to stay.

Great location, Great property

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a great property. The pictures are very accurate. Our girls enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things you need (plates, pans, cups, etc). We did not need much since we were there for only a few days. But nice to know if you are staying longer they have everything you need. The living room area was perfect but I spent most of my time on the balcony. But if there was bad weather the living room is very comfortable to hang out in. Balcony - perfect location and has enough space for all of us to sit. They do have carts you can use to bring your items to your room and to your car. This was nice and we did not know they had them. We used the beach most of the day and enjoyed being out there. But on our last day we decided to hang out at the pool, which was nice. We were tired of sand being everywhere. We love that they have a bathroom on the bottom level that you can use when at the pool or on the beach, saved us from having to go to our room all the time. If you book this you will be very happy with this location

This was the ideal place to stay in Gulf Shores close to everything but far enough away for quiet! The beach was fabulous and never felt crowded would definitely return!

Not one complaint! Beautiful condo. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels in bathroom. Was very clean and very quiet. Loved the binder filled with local places to visit. Easy check in and out. We had a great time.

Wonderful place to stay!

Loved the layout of the condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is located in a great spot. Great view of the ocean and a quick step out to the beach. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely look to stay here again next year.

everything about this condo was really good. 4 improvements are needed. more softer pillows. (there was only 1 soft pillow per person.) it's time to replace the mattresses. the front room carpet was extremely dirty. and i'm not sure if the cleaning people swept the balcony floor as it was pretty dirty.

We have the hardest time sleeping when we travel away from home, but the primary bed was so unbelievably comfortable!! The condo was decorated beautifully, the pool was huge and VERY clean. Only issue was, the primary closet had a very musty smell and we didn’t hang our clothes in there. We are definitely saving this as a favorite for future trips.

My mom, dad, & I enjoyed this property so much! We didn’t want to leave when our stay was up. The condo was decorated very coastal and it was so pretty! The location was good, right in the middle of gulf shores but not too close to the hustle & bustle. I loved the binder the hosts included with the info about check in, check out & other things! we will be back!
