Seain is Believin / Beachfront Condo with Large Balcony/Conveniently Located

SEAIN IS BELIEVIN is a beach front condo located at Ocean House 1 on the 6th floor. Physical address is 957 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is approximately one mile down the west beach from the Hang Out Restaurant on the beach side. Bahama Bobs Restaurant, Pier 33 convenience store and many other restaurants are within walking distance. There are also many recreational and fun things to do within a mile of the condo. Seain is Believin has recently been updated with coastal decor and the view is amazing! Each of the bedrooms have comfortable beds, with two double beds in the guest room and a king bed in the master. Each bedroom has a wall mounted t.v. Also, the sofa in the den is a queen size sofa sleeper. If you want to stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, serving dishes and many utensils. If you enjoy coffee, the kitchen also has a Mr.Coffee and a Keurig coffee maker. The complex includes one zero entrance pool and two kiddie pools located at each end. There is also a pergola located at each end of the pool for shade! BBQ Grills, drink and snack vending machines, and restrooms are conveniently located by the pool.
Come and enjoy the view of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony with the sound of waves crashing in the background. You might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming nearby! Once you stay here it’s hard to leave this beautiful piece of paradise! So, book now and have a vacation you’ll always remember!

We loved the condo. Perfect for a family of 4. The master shower was fabulous and you can look at the ocean while showering. No issues working tv’s or checking in. Great location to everything. Having the beach directly below was wonderful! Zero complaints!

Great Beach Location

First time to Gulf Shores and this property was great! I loved how close it was to the beach, restaurants, and grocery! The property is just the right size so you are not waiting on the elevator. The are a couple showers by the pool so it is easy to rinse before heading to the pool or room! Perfect for a beach vacation!

Loved the layout of the condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is located in a great spot. Great view of the ocean and a quick step out to the beach. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condominium is perfect! We loved the pool. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. And the layout of the condo was great for our family. We loved the kitchen space and the open floorplan.

Condo is beautifully decorated with the prettiest colors and furniture! It is very nice and roomy. The balcony is also nice and roomy and has a perfect view of the pool and beach. It is very clean and well kept! Definitely one of the best we have stayed in. Also, It is in a very convenient location! The property owners are so sweet and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Vow renewal

We were in town with family and friends for out 25 year vow renewal. Condo was great and location was awesome. We had no problems besides the security of the condo. They were very rude to many of my friends and family as well as myself. Otherwise, it was a great trip and a great place to stay.

everything about this condo was really good. 4 improvements are needed. more softer pillows. (there was only 1 soft pillow per person.) it's time to replace the mattresses. the front room carpet was extremely dirty. and i'm not sure if the cleaning people swept the balcony floor as it was pretty dirty.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed at this condo for 30 days mid Jan to mid Feb. We had never been to Gulf Shores before and we will be back next year. The people are so friendly and they really know what customer service is. The beach is the best I have ever seen. White sugar sand and you can walk forever. The location of this condo is great for discovering all that Gulf Shores and the surrounding area has. This condo is more then perfect. The view and the sound of the waves from the sixth floor balcony will make you forget everything including what day it is. The condo itself is so very comfortable. The bed is so comfortable we are going to buy one for ourselves. The kitchen is fully stocked you will not need anything. Mary and Jeff are the best owners to deal with . Great communication and they truly want you to enjoy their home and they do everything to make sure that happens. I would rent this condo again!!! It is the perfect home away from home and future renters will never be disappointed. Enjoyed paradise Cheryl Brady

Great location!

Overall the condo and our stay was great. There were just a few annoyances. You are only provided with a starter roll of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, etc. After that you have to provide your own. So we had to buy all of these items and of course there were a ton left over. With what we paid to rent the condo for 10 days, in my opinion these items should be provided by the owner. Also, there are no pool/beach towels in the unit. The description of the unit indicated towels were provided, I just assumed for a condo which is literally on the beach with a pool that pool/beach towels would be provided. So we had to purchase towels as well. Finally, the cable provider was replacing the cable boxes in the building while we were there. The owner did not give us any notice this was going to occur during our stay. And what we were told would take an hour, took 3.

Everything was wonderful. But the sliding door onto the balcony was very hard to close and lock. It took at least 5 mins to get to shut and lock. Very limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. overall it was great, view was beautiful and condo was clean!
