Welcome to the Heard's! Our condo is located at Gulf Tower, Unit 2A, 1051 W. Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL. Owner managed for a personal experience! We want you to enjoy our wonderful home away from home!
This unit is literally steps from the beach! (see first picture) It's like sitting on the beach but no sand! Imagine sitting on the balcony, in the living room/dining area or the kitchen and you have such a GREAT view of the Gulf of Mexico with delightful dolphins to view on an almost a daily basis. And when you want to go to the beach it's steps away from the pool area!
Spacious Gulf Front condo, east corner, fully furnished, 3rd floor unit (1st Floor is a parking garage) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. King sized bed in each bedroom, pull out sofa bed in good sized living room and day bed on the balcony comfortably sleeps 6. Freshly painted, nicely decorated and inviting with tile and laminate flooring, full kitchen and laundry room. The view is BEAUTIFUL!!
There are 3 SMART tv's , 3 DVD players with games, puzzles and books to enjoy! Free WIFI available!
Enjoy the Recreation room on the first floor with some older exercise equipment, games, puzzles, and books also with a beach front view. Oceanfront outdoor pool with entrance to the beautiful white sand beach. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby! Also Shopping!
The unique balcony includes choice to open doors to a beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico or if it's a bit too hot (or a bit too cold) you can close them and still enjoy a magnificent on the beach experience!
You are quoted a price including one parking pass at the rate of $40.00. During high rental season only one vehicle is allowed to park in the GT parking lot due to limited parking spaces available. The high rental season is determined as, March 1st through August 15th, Labor Day Weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Shrimp Festival in October. I send you all the condo information approximately 30 days prior to your arrival. Any dates other than those listed above you can purchase additional passes directly from Owner.

The unit isn't completely updated, but it is clean and affordable! AND did I mention the view??

We purchased this 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo in November 2016 and it truly is my dream come true! Previously, we owned a 1/1 condo across the road from the beach for five years, but as our family grew, our space needed to keep pace! This picture is my first grandson who is 7 years old and our second grandson who is 4 years old along with our 17 year old granddaughter. We are so blessed!

What makes this property unique
The encloseable balcony doors are WONDERFUL! You can open them and feel like you are literally sitting on the beach (minus the sand) OR close them if the weather is too hot or cold and still have that amazing Gulf front view! The daybed on the balcony is my favorite place to sleep with doors cracked open for the wonderful wave sound!
I strive to make your condo stay the BEST possible by personally managing the unit. Yes it does take a lot of time but the Rental agencies are SO IMPERSONAL and have 1000's to choose from. I give you my contact information to text or call 24/7 with any questions or problems.
