La Veranda di Rapallo by Wonderful Italy

Charming apartment with veranda surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the beaches and the only large park in Rapallo.



The apartment is located inside an early 20th-century mansion, surrounded by a lush private garden where outdoor dining is possible, in a quiet and private area. The separate entrance leads to a heated and furnished veranda, ideal for relaxing in any season. From here you enter the living room, equipped with a sofa, dining table and TV. The living area is complemented by a functional kitchen with a small dining table, microwave and oven.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. Opposite the rooms is a bathroom complete with shower stall and washing machine.



Guests are provided with amenities such as free wifi, iron and heating.

*The property is accessed through a walkway (creuza), a short distance from the road (ten steps).

Famous for being the site of important peace treaties after the First World War, the city of Rapallo is located on the western part of Gulf Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Montallegro. The sumptuous defensive castle of Rapallo overlooks the ligurian sea and it's surrounded by small beaches, bordered by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Do not miss the only one of the five remaining doors of the ancient “Borgo Murato”, the “Porta delle Saline”, which overlooks the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna di Montallegro.



Rapallo train station is less than a 20-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 40 minutes by car.
