Nicely done flat with everything we needed for three days in London. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors, within five minutes of transportation, groceries, pubs and eateries. We cooked in and ate local and traveled all over the city. Watched movies and slept good in comfy beds with the windows open . Diana was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would stay again.

The cooker was leaking gas and I had to call the emergency gas line .They were brilliant and made the place safe but of course after that we had no cooker or hot water The gas boiler had to be turned off.The owner got a gas engineer in for the morning we left at 8.30 am so we had to be up and out by then as the kitchen was inaccessible to us. I felt they were prioritising their next customer and added even more inconvenience for us

We’re really sorry again for the inconvenience caused by the gas issue. Situations like this can unfortunately happen at any time and are completely outside of our control. As soon as we were informed, we acted immediately and arranged for a qualified gas engineer at the earliest possible time, especially considering it was a bank holiday weekend when availability is very limited. At no point were you required to leave the flat before your agreed checkout time; the intention was only to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also provided a refund to acknowledge the disruption caused. Following this, we have installed a brand new hob and oven to ensure everything is fully safe and functioning for future stays. There was absolutely no intention to prioritise another guest over your comfort — our focus was on addressing a serious safety matter promptly and responsibly. We are very responsible and fair hosts and we were in the property within 30 minutes of your report making sure the problem was solved

Clean and cozy apartment close to the London center

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and is equipped very well - plenty of kitchen utensils, basics like coffee and herbs, and even shampoo and conditioner for the bathroom. Also present: small fans for the bedrooms, iron, hairdryer. Host was very kind and let us store our luggage 3 hours early, even though they were still cleaning the apartment.The flat is situated within the local community of Lambeth and so it doesn't really feel like you are so close to the tourist center of London. However areas like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace are at walking distance, and with 2 underground stops at under 10 minutes, all other tourist attractions are easily reachable.
