Single-storey. One king-size bedroom with trundle bed (King Size bed, single bed and sofa bed available) and en-suite with step-in bath with jacuzzi setting, shower over, and basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Garden/outdoor space/benches and table. NC500

Amenities: Electric central heating. 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, Washing machine- dryer. Smart TV with Netflix, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated parking space for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.1 miles, pub 4.4 miles, coast 0.1 mile. Note: There is a washer/dryer in the utility cupboard. Note: £30 extra for linen if you are making use of the trundle bed. Please note: This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties
