Alert! The host never opened the unit after hours of texting until 9pm. I called VRBO hotline and explained, cancelled and had to get 4 hotel rooms at 10pm. Now the host claims they opened it and will not give a refund. This is after many recorded texts with VRBO help line and host. VRBO continues to investígate.
