About this property
Waters Edge at Gadlys House
Welcome to Waters Edge at Gadlys House, a stunning seaside apartment offering breathtaking views and a relaxing escape in the heart of Beaumaris. Perfectly positioned on the edge of the seafront, this beautifully appointed property is the ideal retreat for a small family or group seeking a peaceful coastal getaway. With spectacular sea views and easy access to local attractions, Waters Edge provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.
The apartment boasts a bright and spacious sitting room, where large windows frame panoramic views of the sparkling waters. Whether you're watching boats drift by or simply soaking in the tranquil atmosphere, this inviting space is sure to help you unwind from the moment you arrive. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a range of useful appliances, making it the perfect place to gather for breakfast while admiring the scenic surroundings. The sitting room is a highlight of the property, featuring two inviting window seats—one overlooking the Snowdonia mountain range and the other offering views towards Bangor and the Gallows Point boatyard.
Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms—a stylish double with an en-suite and a charming twin room complete with a day bed and full-sized mattress, offering a restful night’s sleep accompanied by the soothing sounds of the waves. The twin beds can be configured to a King sized bed if requested when booking.
As is the case with most of Beaumaris, there isn’t any parking at the property itself, but you are able to drop off/pick up your bags outside the property, and then you may find parking on the nearby streets, which is on a first come, first served basis for residents and guests alike (there is no residents only parking in Beaumaris), the Town Council also provide a large Car Park for a daily/weekly charge just a nice stroll on the seafront, just passed the Pier.
This apartment does not allow children under the age of 11 years. No smoking or vaping. There is a daybed in the twin bedroom and a Sofa Bed in the Lounge which there are welcome to use, if they provide your own linen.
Beaumaris itself is a charming and vibrant destination, home to an array of independent shops, delightful restaurants, and historic landmarks. Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find the impressive 13th-century Beaumaris Castle, the fascinating historic Gaol, and the lifeboat station. No visit would be complete without stopping by the famous Red Boat Ice Cream Parlour for a sweet treat before heading home.
