Large Open plan Kitchen/Diner/Living Area Modern airy space Kitchen - with solid oak cabinets with granite work surface over. Fully equipped for a self-catering holiday including 2 oven gas Brittania Range style cooker with large 5 ring gas hob, under counter Fridge, under counter freezer and integrated microwave oven. Tea Towels provided. Dining Area - table and 8 chairs Day Living Area - with day chairs and widescreen TV. Windows to side and rear, patio doors lead directly to rear garden.
Separate Lounge - With comfortable seating, widescreen TV, DVD player, coffee table and floor lamp, bay window overlooking the front elevation.

Double Bedroom- Bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, window and modern wall radiator, window overlooking rear elevation to the Camel Estuary.

Twin Bedroom - Bedside table and lamp, built in wardrobe, dressing area with mirror and stool, modern wall radiator, window to front elevation.

Modern Shower Room - With shower enclosure, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail, shaver point. Bath mat and hand towel provided.

Stairs lead to the First Floor

King-size Bedroom - King Size Bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and seating at large picture window with uninterrupted views to the Camel Estuary.

Single Bedroom - Single Bed with compact wardrobe, side table and lamp, window to side.

Modern Family Bathroom - benefits from both modern bath and separate shower enclosure, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, Velux window.

Outside

Front - Driveway parking to front of the garage.

Rear - leading from open plan living area patio doors to rear brick paved patio area with garden table and chairs and large lawned garden space with views to the Camel Estuary, footpath to rear pedestrian access .

Garage and Utility area - with washing machine.

Bedding: Duvets & pillows, linen and towels including hand towels - supplied

Electricity and Heating included in Rental.

Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.

The property is now able to accommodate one or two pets, with an additional charge of £30 per pet per week - please contact us for further details.

Padstow Town offers an agreeable mix of retail outlets including fashion boutiques, craft and souvenirs, book shops and home furnishings, all nestled amongst its quaint narrow streets and the working harbour. Also on offer is an amazing array of places to eat while you are on holiday, catering for all tastes and pockets! One of the most well known is Rick Stein with his world famous Seafood Restaurant. He now has several other eateries in the town including St Petroc’s Bistro, The Cafe, Seafood Cookery School and his own fish and chip shop!

What makes this property unique

The property has private garden and parking if you want to venture out there are various beaches and landmarks to explore - There are many holiday activities available from the harbour area to visitors. These include a high-powered speedboat trip, a more leisurely cruise aboard the ‘Jubilee Queen’, a ferry trip across to Rock or a family fishing trip around the bay ?
