The place was not clean. The sheets were dirty. The towels were dirty and wet. There was no hot water for the first 2 days. The owner claimed that he fixed it but he didn’t because the shower and boiler were not working properly. One minute there was hot water and one minute it was cold. After he claimed that he fixed the boiler, during my shower, the water turned to cold by itself. The hot and cold shower knob was not working. The water would turn hot and then suddenly cold and then boiling hot. The bad part, the owner said it is ok to shower like that. He didn’t even recognize the issue. It was terrible and horrible experience and stay at the place. We had to leave the place and find another place. The owner said that he will refund one day but he didn’t. We booked for 4 days but stayed for 2 days only. I don’t recommend the place and not worth the money. The kettle was not working. I told the owner, he said that it needs a special plug and I asked for it but he never provided. When he fixed the boiler, he left the sink dirty for us. We came to a dirty sink. The water pressure for the shower was very low and slow plus no hot water. One of the shower hose was not working at all. We told the owner but never got fixed. Second room had portable AC which didn’t work properly. I told the owner and he said that I need to have its hose out thru the window. The room didn’t have a window but it had a door. So I had to leave the balcony door open all night for the AC to work. Crazy!
