My Rental Homes - Casa Dorothea with sea view and shared pool and large terrace

Casa Dorothea 3 is located in a private residence together with other apartments on the hillside of Positano, a short drive from the town center.
The residence is provided with a shared pool and there is also parking space (free for 1 car per unit). To reach the house you have to walk along around 100 steps, which is not unusual in Positano, but it’s worth it!

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This villa consists of 2 independent, adjacent units with 6 double bedrooms in total (3 bedrooms per unit) and it can accommodate 12 people (plus one in a sofa bed)

Five bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two twin beds (that can be joined) and all of them have air-conditioning.
There are 5 bathrooms in total and two bathrooms have a bath tub.

Inside the villa features spacious living/dining rooms and two fully equipped kitchens (one per unit).

Outside there is the large terrace partially covered by a bamboo pergola for al-fresco dining and from here guests can enjoy an amazing view of the sea and the mountains around. There is also an external shower.

Casa Dorothea 3 offers all kind of comforts and amenities such as: Wi-Fi, AC, grill, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 washing machines and also heating for winter months and it is an ideal solution for large families or groups of friends.

Neighborhood and transport:
Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights from Sat. to Sat.
A refundable deposit of 800 Euros is required upon arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage.
Check-In time is from 15:00, Check-Out time is by 10:00 AM.
After 20:00 a fee of € 50 will be applied for the late check-in.
OPENING SHARED SWIMMING POOL from 15 May to 15 Oct.
Note: The swimming pool regulations require you to wear swim caps. In the house you will find some, if necessary, others can be purchased at the residence concierge.

EXTRA COST to pay on site
Final cleaning 350 Euros.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
