Beautiful newly updated 3000+ square foot old Florida style home close to Bowman’s beach. Large kitchen opens into dining area and large great room with adjoining lanai and views of bayou. Private new saltwater pool and hot tub. 4 bedrooms, each with attached bathroom. Additional 700 square foot game room and 1/2bath on lower level adjacent to pool. 2 laundry rooms (2 washers, 2 dryers). 2 mile bike ride to Captiva restaurants, bars and general store. WiFi, cable. 10 minute walk to Bowman’s Beach.

Tropical Paradise

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well appointed home! The home is nestled among lush palm and plants, on a lovely street. There is a well stocked kitchen, 4 great bikes (with baskets), piles of towels (except beach towels - bring your own), beach toys, pool toys. Hours were spent in the pool and spa. Communication with the owner was excellent! 43 days were not enough for this stay!!!

Wonderful!

This property is spacious and well-stocked! You will love having 4 ensuite bedrooms and the master area is huge. Open common space is delightful and owners respond to questions immediately. It is a gem on the quiet side of the island.

Great experience!

Our family felt very at home at this property. Upon arrival, the first thing that impressed us was how unbelievably clean the entire house was. As a family with some health challenges and certainly allergies, this was delightful. Further, the layout of the home was great for either relaxing indoors, cooking meals, or heading outside onto the screened in porch or pool area. The beach was just a bike ride away on the bikes that provided. As to the house itself, we especially liked the family room which was well designed, open, and spacious with comfortable furniture to lounge on. My wife spent her inside hours reading a book on the antique settee in the windowed corner. The kitchen layout was fantastic with all you need to cook meals if you're dining in. The bedrooms were great with even better bathrooms. The saltwater pool was both fun and therapeutic Probably best of all, the owners/managers were great communicators and were both regularly in touch and easily accessible. This made the stay feel like we were staying in a friend's home as opposed to a rental.

Awesome stay in tropical location

This house was even better than advertised. Every single thing one could need was thought of from the well equipped kitchen, bikes, beach supplies, to the beautifully appointed living spaces and bedrooms. Location was wonderful with short walk to beach, close to biking trails and perfect for making loops in the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and very helpful. Highly recommend this property

Stunning home

Honestly this house was MORE than expected. Spacious, clean, no detail was missed! Short bike ride to beach or relax at the beautiful pool. Owners were very attentive to any questions. Book now, you will not be disappointed!!!
