Get ready to relax in this 6-bedroom pool house on Sanibel Island with bikes and golf cart included.

Our home offers incredible privacy with views of the tranquil backyard lake.

This beautiful property features 2 separate living areas perfect for 2 families. There are 3 bedrooms on main/upper level and 3 bedrooms on pool/ground level with separate entrance and a sitting area with smart TV on each level. This home can sleep up to 12 guests. Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, large heated pool, outdoor dining and 2 grills. The 3 bathrooms offer bathtub, showers, and hair dryers for added convenience.

The home is located mid- island in a quiet community with private beach access just 700 yards away. Walk, ride a bike or ride in the provided golf cart to the beach access path. Spend your days relaxing on this stunning gulf coast beach with the famous Sanibel shells.

Please note that City of Sanibel ordinance requires a 28 day minimum reservation. We abide by all city terms and all rentals will be blocked for four consecutive weeks.
A car is recommended for transportation to and from the house and for navigating around the island.

Everything is wonderful at the house. There are bikes and locks, pool toys and a golf cart. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dish towels. When we arrived there were mimosas and scones- wonderful!

This is a beautiful house to stay for our vacation. The hosts were responsive to our needs. The stretch of beaches at this location are quiet and serene. We felt that we had our own private beach. Host was very welcoming! We had "welcome" card and goodies waiting for us upon our arrival. Amenities in good condition. Great Vacation

The house was wonderful. It was clean and stocked with everything we could need. There were bikes, new helmets and locks. The golf cart was perfect for getting babies and toys to the beach. The pool was clean and warm. Gina, the host, was great and she had a delightful welcome basket for our arrival.

What a wonderful house!

Everyone in our 3 generations loved it. The pool is large and warm. We made good use of the golf cart for walking the beach, shelling, looking for dolphins and enjoying the sunset. The view of the lake from the screened in deck was a favorite for my husband and me. We enjoyed looking for the wildlife and birds. The owner and host were very responsive before and during the stay. The place is well stocked, clean and well furnished so we really didn’t need to contact them while we were there. We are already counting down the days to return next year!

Our family had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kim and Bob’s Sanibel Island home for the entire month of July, and it was, hands down, the best vacation we’ve ever had!!! Gina, the host, was fantastic! From the moment we booked, their communication was exceptional, and they were always helpful, kind, and prompt! The home itself was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more!). It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was incredible— from the generous supply of beach chairs, floaties, and bug spray to the convenient golf cart that made getting to the beach a breeze. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a Sanibel beach bag, chilled champagne and orange juice (hello mimosas!), and a thoughtful welcome basket that started our trip on such a special note.The pool was large and refreshing, and the view from the balcony and dining table was a constant source of entertainment. We watched iguanas lounging in the sun and even witnessed a GIGANTIC 10 foot alligator catch a bird right on the bank!!! It was INCREDIBLE! Kim, Bob, and Gina have truly created a slice of paradise, and we are beyond grateful for the care and thoughtfulness they put into every detail. This was our best vacation yet, and we are already dreaming of our next visit back to this amazing home!
