Villa Rodrigues is a lovely property of 100 m2, enclosed in a fully fenced 300 m2 plot in the south side of Ibiza, with stunning views of the entire southern coast and the island of Formentera.
It is a short distance to the beaches of Cala D’Hort, Cala carbo, Ses Boques, Es Torrent, Xarcu, Porroig, Cala Yundal, the nearest supermarket is at 800m, the village of Es Cubells is 500 m away, Ibiza town 15 km and the airport is about 10 km away.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it can accommodate 6 people.

It features a living room with fireplace and panoramic view of the coast and the island of Formentera, the living room has access to a furnished terrace and outdoor dining and shaded sitting area with barbeque.
An open kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooker and a laundry with washing machine.

There is 1 bedroom with double bed (150x190), another bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) and the last one has a trundle bed.

One bathroom has shower only, another one has bath-tub.

Outside the villa boasts a swimming pool (10x5), outside shower and a shaded outdoor dining with barbecue.

Neighborhood and surroundings
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, the remaining balance has to be paid within 60 days prior to arrival date.
Extras with charges: Extra cleaning, extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per day, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: € 200 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check in: From 15:00 - Check out: Within 10:00 (Late arrival, after 8:00 pm € 100).
Security Deposit: € 3.000
