Beautifull house in Cala Vadella whit sea view on Es Vedra. There are two bedrooms with double bed and in the living room a double sleeping couch. Aircondition os foreseen in the whole house. All comfort is there to have a good time in Ibiza. Enjoy!!!

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den traumhaften Blick von der oberen Dachterrasse – einfach fantastisch! Wer diese genießen möchte, sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, denn die Treppe ist sehr steil und für kleine Kinder eher ungeeignet. Mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich aber daran. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten.Weniger positiv verlief leider der Check-in. Da wir etwas früher angereist waren, fragten wir vorab nach, ob die Wohnung vielleicht schon bezugsfertig sei. Die Antwort lautete, dass die Reinigungskraft nicht erreichbar wäre. Vor Ort fanden wir die Tür jedoch offen vor, die Wohnung war noch nicht gereinigt und niemand war anwesend. Wir haben dann kurzerhand unsere Einkäufe eingeräumt und sind an den Strand gefahren.Offiziell sollte der Check-in ab 16:00 Uhr möglich sein. Ich war deshalb pünktlich zurück – allerdings ohne meine Familie, um sie nicht unnötig warten zu lassen. Dort wurde ich erneut weggeschickt und gebeten, später wiederzukommen, obwohl die Mietzeit ja eigentlich schon begonnen hatte. Erst gegen 17:00 Uhr war die Wohnung fertig. Leider lagen direkt im Eingangsbereich noch Haare auf dem Boden, was nicht gerade den besten ersten Eindruck machte. Abgesehen davon war die Wohnung aber sauber und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand.Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit, auch wenn der Check-in etwas holprig verlief.

Little piece of paradise

Magnifique logement, nous avons été très agréablement surprises car en photo il est parfois difficile de se faire une idée des lieux. La communication et la réactivité de notre hôte était parfaite. Localisation super, dans un quartier tranquille. Petit bémol sur le stationnement qui n’est pas toujours évident, mais nous avons toujours su trouver une place pour notre voiture. Geweldig!

Het was een geweldige week met ons gezin! Het is een heel net, leuk, sfeervol en gezellig ingericht huis met een waanzinnig uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. Vanuit de locatie rijd je makkelijk en snel naar de mooie baaitjes in de buurt. Echt een aanrader! Parkeren lukt in de straat. In het hoogseizoen is het wel druk. in de straat.

Wonderful place out of the noise

Perfect place up on a hill between pine trees. The house has two main levels, one room on the upper terrace with magnificent views. Typical Ibiza style, exactly what you can see in the pictures. It was difficult to find, GPS coordinates would have helped a lot. Parking can get complicated if reaching late at night. Absolutely clean, but it was disappointing finding that there was no toilet paper, garbage bags and other amenities (soap, shampoo and the like). There is no supermarket nearby, so be careful if reaching late.

Superbe hébergement dans un magnifique cadre

L’appartement de Tom était parfait et nous avons passé un superbe séjour Les lieux sont propre et très bien équipés Je n’avais juste pas compris qu’une des chambre était un peu isolée des autres . Il faut en effet passer par l’extérieur pour retrouver la cuisine et salle de bain .

A piece of heaven

Beautiful property! V well stocked/kept

Absolutely stunning property. Would suit two, able-bodied couples or singles. Stairs to the 2nd bed are a challenge but the view makes it worth it. Open plan lounge is the 3rd bed. Brilliant attention to detail and very stylish. Great location!
