This fully enclosed residence is located just 250 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the pedestrian center of Lignano Sabbiadoro, offering easy access to both the seaside and town center. Guests can use a shared washing machine free of charge.

This lovely apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and includes a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a terrace. It features air conditioning, satellite TV, and an outdoor parking space.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
