The villa offers two bedrooms, one featuring a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed. The accommodation includes a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The property provides parking space and access to a shared garden, conveniently located just 500 meters from the beach. Please note that the garden is not enclosed.

Services excluded - Mandatory:
-A security deposit is required to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The amount can swing between 100eur and 250eur, depending on the accommodation type. The security deposit will be returned to the guests at the check-out, after the property inspection.
-City tax: to be paid in cash upon arrival. The exact amount per person per night will be communicated by the local agency upon arrival.
