Lovely vacation home on beautiful park

De Klauwier is a 3-bedroom holiday home that sleeps 1 to 6 people. Maximum of 4 adults.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with several patios, outdoor furniture, and a lockable shed.
Located in a quiet spot on the edge of the park. Plenty of privacy, yet close to the park’s entertainment and amenities, such as an indoor pool, bouncy castle, football cage, playgrounds, fitness equipment, play loft, etc. There is a good restaurant in the park with a beautiful terrace. Entertainment is provided during school holidays. A pass is required for some facilities: 60 euros per week/30 euros per weekend/midweek. The pass is not mandatory.

The house features a modern living room with an open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pull-out range hood, hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.
There is a separate toilet in the entryway.
The bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds with comfortable mattresses. Duvets and pillows are provided. You can bring your own bed linens or rent them from us. There is ample closet space.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, second toilet, vanity with mirror, and two cabinets.
De Klauwier has central heating.

In the garden, you can enjoy watching many birds year-round, as well as the squirrels that regularly visit our beautiful beech tree.

From the cottage, you can easily bike or walk straight into the woods for hours of biking and/or hiking fun. There are also mountain bike trails,
There’s plenty to do in the area: the village squares of Diever and Dwingeloo, with many restaurants, outdoor cafes, shops, and more. Shakespier Theatre in Diever, Duinen Zathe Amusement Park in Appelscha, Speelstad Oranje, Dwingeloo Swimming Pool, many museums, etc. A visit to the cities of Groningen, Assen, or Meppel is definitely recommended.
