Fácil comunicação com o proprietário.Lavanderia dentro do condomínio.Elevador no prédio.Áreas externas do condomínio sempre limpas e funcionários atenciosos.Chuveiro excelente, banho quente e com bom volume de água. Toalhas de banho novas. Secador de cabelo bom.Utensílios de cozinha suficientes. Água quente na torneira da cozinha.Tamanho do apartamento acomoda bem 03 adultos.Informo ao senhor Nicolas, proprietário, que é necessário fazer manutenção, pequenos reparos: portas e prateleiras dos armários da cozinha e do quarto. Fogão necessita de ajustes. Se faz necessário a troca do colchão do quarto de casal (molas gastas).Nossas férias em Santiago do Chile foram muito agradáveis.
