Department located at Edificio La Concepción in Providencia with the basics for a comfortable stay. Providencia is one of the safesties area in Stgo. You will find there banks, supermarket, parks, restaruants, subway, mercado municipal de Providencia, Igelsia de la Divina Providencia, schopping malls a much more!
The departmente has the basics for a confortable stay and you have access to the swimingpool which is on the 22nd floor. It has a beautiful view to the north side hills of Santiago: Cerro San Cristobal and Cerro Manquehue. You also may use the gym which is located on the 2nd floor. On this same floor you can find a self-service laundry room. The use of the laundry machines costs $1.200 per wash. Only $100 or $500 coins are allowed. No parking.
Just enjoy your stay and don´t forget to keep it silence.
