This property was clean and a great amount of space. The patio was actually very large with the most beautiful view. My concern was as a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel the safest knowing that the patio actually connected to the apartment next door. I couldn’t open up the shutters/windows/doors for air overnight without feeling terrified the guests next door could come inside. And it was extremely hot in the apartment without them open (no control over AC and just a fan going). To no fault of the property, I found the lack of activity in the area was also very rough. There weren’t any shops, places to grab a coffee, except the major hotels down the road (so expensive and lux). This is not like other areas of Italy I have experienced where you can walk to the town nearby, grab coffee, browse some shops. I think the host here did a fantastic job providing a clean, beautiful space, but personally do your research before staying in this area. Bellagio or Cernobbio were both much more aligned with my personal preference.
