Welcome to Park Grange Court!
Our 2 bedroom apartment, located next to Norfolk Heritage Park, has a free parking space and is just over 2 miles from the city centre.

We think our flat is perfect for small families, contractors, or groups wanting to visit Sheffield for university study or pleasure.

A half an hour walk is all it takes to get to the centre of Sheffield, but the flat is also located a mere 2 minute walk from a tram stop that will take you there, too.

We hope you enjoy your stay!

Sleeping Arrangements:
Our spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
Both the master bedroom and the secondary bedroom feature a double bed, while a sofa bed can be found in the living room to accommodate larger groups.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook like you're at home. Enjoy modern conveniences, including a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pod machine for your morning brew.

Living & Dining Area:
The lounge is perfect for relaxing, with a smart TV and comfy seating that can also be used as extra bed.

Comfortable apartment in quiet neighbourhood, we used as base when visiting the Uni. 10 mins walk to tram stop and has an allocated parking space. The shower tiles could do with a deep clean but otherwise clean and pleasant. Make sure you sign rental agreement, i forgot and therefore was not given entry code until i called the owner to query, luckily he answered and was sorted out quickly.
