Please inform the park in advance either by telephone or by email if you anticipate arriving after 10pm. Arrivals will not be accepted after 10pm. A welcome pack and park details will be provided at Check In.
Please note, there is £100 security deposit on arrival. Deposits will be taken on check-in day and will be refunded once the accommodation has been checked, this can take between 7-10 days. Also please note that the same payment card must be used for the deposit & refund.
Please be advised there is no bistro/restaurant on park, and that towels and tea towels are not supplied.
Due to strict hygiene regulations, it is possible that the hot tub (if you have booked one) may not be at maximum temperature on your first evening as a deep clean will have been carried out prior to your arrival.
There is currently building work on-site - the soft play and entertainment will be closed until the end of February 2023.
