Rookyard Cottage in Holton, Suffolk sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Rookyard Cottage, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a dining room with seating for four guests, a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV, and access to the owners indoor swimming pool. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower and twin with en-suite shower. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, South facing terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue and one acre field, and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 1.5 miles you will find a lake. Uncover the best of Suffolk and its surrounding areas with a holiday at Rookyard Cottage.
