A comfortable, dog-friendly bungalow in a quiet Suffolk village, with a fully enclosed private garden and easy access to countryside walks, Halesworth and the coast.

Welcome to ‘Nutwood’ a lovely bungalow in a cul-de-sac village location.
Here you will find a spacious hall which all the rooms branch off:
Living room with 40” smart tv, WiFi, comfy sofas and wood burning stove (logs included).
Dining room with enough space at the table to enjoy a lovely meal, a sideboard with board games, books and puzzles.
Kitchen with double oven (grill), kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and pots, pans and utensils for your cooking needs.
Master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Second bedroom has twin beds and an extra bed is available as a trundle.
The property comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms but can accommodate 5 by the addition of trundle bed in the second bedroom.
Both bedrooms have their own TV.
The bathroom has a P shaped bath with electric shower.
Conservatory with chairs for a sunny, sheltered spot leading out onto the decking where you can sit and enjoy the garden after a day of exploring. The garden is large and a woodland garden, having squirrels and birds as regular visitors. It is fully fenced and has a grass area and patio too.
Washing machine is available for use.
There are toys, books and games for kids too.
Bed linen and towels (1 bath and 1 hand towel per person, per stay), plus extra hand towel and tea towels. Beach towels are not included.
Dogs are welcome!
