I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because of our initial experience. We reached out to the host to see if we’d be able to enter earlier than the 3 PM check in time. We were allowed to though the place was not really ready. The bathrooms were not cleaned and rubbish bins were left full. The place also did not have any of the amenities promised e.g. shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The washing machine was also left so packed that the laundry could not wash nor dry. We had to do some work to address the missing items and redo the laundry ourselves to have towels and bedding. We reached out to the host, Nina, and she was very apologetic and responsive. She ended up providing us with a discount to compensate for our troubles. Other than those initial issues, the place was very nice and very well located for our needs. This time a 4 out of 5, maybe next time will be a perfect 5 out of 5.
