Cozy 4 bedroom home in the heart of St. Paul, perfect for groups, families, or business travelers. Conveniently located in Midway between Minneapolis and Saint Paul, just minutes from Allianz Field, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, Xcel Energy Center, and great local restaurants.

The home features 2 full bathrooms, private parking, in home laundry, fast WiFi, and a 55" Roku TV. The spacious kitchen with granite countertops is perfect for cooking and gathering with family or friends. Easy access to highways, shopping, and local attractions makes this a comfortable and convenient Twin Cities home base.

Additional note for large groups
This home is one side of a side by side duplex. The other side is also available as a short term rental. Larger groups sometimes book both sides together to stay close while still having separate spaces. Feel free to message if you are interested in availability for both homes.

It was perfect for large group. The location was close (10-20 minutes) to everyplace we needed to go. Check in/check out instructions were clear & any questions we had were answered immediately. The home is as described. Plus there's a Pacman machine!

This house was perfect for our family. We met in The Cities from several different states for a graduation. Centrally located in a safe neighborhood.
