The living room is a bright and welcoming space, featuring a comfortable sofa for you to relax on, a TV to enjoy your favorite shows, and a dining table ideal for meals or work. Natural sunlight fills the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal, including essential cookware, cutlery, an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. For added convenience, there’s also a washing machine available.
The bedroom is a homely and pleasant space, furnished with a queen-sized bed, a chest of drawers, and high-quality hotel-style linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to freshen up comfortably.
Professionally cleaned to a high standard, the apartment ensures a comfortable and worry-free stay.
Notes: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, and the balcony is shared with the neighbor.

The area boasts a diverse culinary scene, featuring traditional Portuguese eateries like Pitéu da Graça and Penalva da Graça, as well as international options such as Haweli Tandoori and Le Bar à Crêpes. Shoppers can explore local boutiques and artisan shops along Rua da Graça and nearby streets, offering a variety of unique finds.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Santa Apolónia, is just a 10-minute drive.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
