The Headland House is a two-story, 5 King bedrooms/3 bath home with the convenience of multiple bedrooms and two living rooms. Originally built in 1981 for the Salmon Ranch Biologist/Manager (and remodeled in 2010), this home features open beams, a large updated gas fireplace, a spacious deck, a fully equipped kitchen, and upgraded linens with down comforters. The Headland House encompasses the rugged beauty of the southern Oregon Coast. Base Occupancy is 10 guests, and the house can accommodate up to 16 guests. Please note we have a guest fee of $10 + tax per night per guest over the base occupancy. We are pet-friendly- so furry members are welcome for a non-refundable "per dog" fee.
Headland House offers a commanding view of the Pacific Ocean, with the beach just a short walk down a gently sloping roadway, your vacation here will provide for a wonderful family or group experience. Enjoy the privacy of The Cove Beach (beach access is closed to the public), or soak in the large spa overlooking the ocean.

Spanning 3,000+ acres of historic family-owned land, the property features 7 distinct event venues and 8 ocean-view vacation homes, making it ideal for weddings, retreats, meetings, reunions, anniversaries, and extended gatherings.
Nestled between the Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor and a National Wildlife Refuge, the estate offers unmatched privacy, sweeping coastal views, and direct access to some of Oregon’s most pristine natural landscapes.
The eight private homes are thoughtfully placed throughout the property. We comfortably accommodate 44 overnight guests, with the ability to host up to 63 guests maximum across all lodging. This on-site lodging creates a seamless experience for wedding parties, families, and group stays. EV chargers are available in The Cove parking area near the homes, providing convenient charging for electric vehicles.
