This condo was amazing! It was very clean and very well taken care of. We didn't have a issue with one thing. Check-in went smooth. This is the perfect condo for 2 adults and 2 kids. We will be staying here again in the near future.

After this stay we will always book direct through Aqua! The check in was a breeze, and the condo was spotless. Aqua is our favorite place to stay, and this condo was our absolute favorite! It was beautifully decorated, recently updated, and had comfy beds. Our little girls absolutely loved the bunk room! We can’t wait to come back!

Can walk to restaurants on beach or sidewalks. Close to parks with walking paths. Beach is great, view from condo excellent. Condo not as clean as last year, furniture not moved to clean floor. Kitchen adequately furnished, dishwasher a life saver. Would suggest putting sliders on dining chair legs to cut down annoying noise when sliding chairs in and out at table. Great experience, would highly recommend Aqua. Will come again.

We love staying at the Aqua because it’s situated right on the beach, plus it’s within walking distance to Pier Park and a short drive to Walmart & Target. This 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo also offers a small Alcove or bunk bed room near the front door, plus a pull out couch, so you could sleep up to 6 ppl. Fully stocked kitchen, hair dryers, and washer & dryer. They provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, large kitchen 1 trash bag, plus 2 dishwasher tabs, so we plan ahead and bring extras from home. We would highly recommend you staying in this condo for many reasons but we love waking up and enjoying coffee while sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Plus having beach service is huge for us because they provide you with 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. We’ll definitely be back to stay in this condo again. Thank you,

Stayed with my husband and adult son. Absolutely loved the condo, very clean and loved the decor. We really enjoyed the large patio area! We have stayed at Aqua before but this condo was by far our favorite! The pictures on site were as advertise and check in process was easy and our room was actually ready earlier than expected. My husband even told me he wanted to stay there in the future! Hope to be there again next year! Arrived on Labor Day and it was not crowded and no problem with noise at night! Thanks for having us!

Reviewer Comments: The place was pretty but it was so dirty, the floors were black my 10 month old baby was crawling when we got there, me thinking the floor was clean I put him on the floor and his feet and knees were black black together with his cloths, bed sheets smelled like they didn’t change them no clean ones for us, so disappointed, they need to change the bed, when you lay down you sink in there so uncomfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 506 was a great unit overall. The Master shower although was much too small and hard to use. If we could give constructive recommendation would be to have a door or curtain on the Bonus area for privacy and more than 3 hangers in the closet. As far as Aqua itself, there were may maintenance issue in several areas and the lack of security was a huge concern for us. We were unable to use our balcony for about 50% of our atay do to the overwhelming smell of cigarette and Marijuana smoking. When we call security they were NOT interested in doing much about it and even told us that if the person smoking the marijuana was using it medically that there was nothing they could do about it. Also, parking is still a huge issue, even though we had to pay to park this year. We had to be routed to park in the basement on a couple of occasions. I thought the paying to park was suppose to be the answer to the parking issues???
