Gather your family or friends in the living room featuring a state of the art 50” flat screen HD TV with accompanying DVD/ CD player and libraries and I-Pod docking station.
Sleep in luxurious king beds in the two elegant beachfront master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and double vanities, one with a separate glass-enclosed shower, or in the third luxury bedroom with queen bed and adjoining full bath. All bedrooms feature a large flat screen TV
All stainless appliances - refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, Keurig, microwave, and dishwasher. Laundry closet with washer and dryer.

April 2024 Our 2nd stay in Unit 602
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th yr staying at the Aqua and 2nd yr in Unit 602. One of the toilets had not been cleaned and washcloths were not stocked. I was told there were problems with housekeeping and the issues were resolved. The patio furniture is worn to the point where we don't lounge or eat on the balcony and the barstools are worn as well. Otherwise the unit is accommodating and serves the purpose of bringing our family together.

The balcony was very spacious. One of the employees called us the morning of our second day to ensure the condo was to our liking. I thought that was very nice and personable. We will probably wait until peak season is out next time. Lol!

When a light bulb burned out and a toilet continued to run maintenance repaired quickly. Great staff to work with. We walked a half mile to Pier Park for restaurants, movies and shopping. Laying on the beautiful white sand beaches and listening to the waves rolling in was so relaxing. We plan to return next year for
